On October 15th, a fire broke out at Kakao's data center, causing serious service outages.
Kakao began the recovery procedure as soon as it could, and managed to restore the message transmission function as of the morning of the 16th.
Currently, all services are available for normal use. We sincerely apologize to our users for causing inconveniences and taking long to restore our services.
Kakao will do its best to clarify the cause of this fire, while performing safety inspections and reviewing its disaster prevention measures again.
